Design Process

The consultation is followed by our proposal and, if accepted, a custom design including any or all of the following: selection of materials and finishes, colors, window treatments, furniture and accessories, lighting and art, as well as a furniture plan. You can then think of us as your personal shoppers – we will order, track and manage all purchases. We can also project manage any contractors, and finally, we will install and style your finished space.

The design process, from start to finish:

• Initial consultation
• Proposal for initial design will be emailed to you
• Hand-selection of any finishes required, hard surfaces, plumbing fixtures, paint colors, and materials
• Design concept board and furniture layout plan
• Presentation of design concept
• Provide a shopping list of all furniture and accessories
• Collaboration with architect and contractor/s on floor plans, cabinetry, millwork, electrical and lighting plan, if required
• On-site visits when required
• Purchase products, plus order and oversee any custom pieces, including furniture, cushions and window treatments
• Track and manage all ordered products
• Installation and styling
